Hey guys,

Yesterday morning I logged onto my account around 10 AM EST, and it was completely fine, except about 10 minutes later I was logged off, and I tried to log back on, each time I had got to the loading area screen before getting kicked out again. Eventually, about three tries in, it said that my account login information was unrecognized. I heard that if you get suspended they would tell you that you had gotten a suspension in game, but I do not recall seeing anything like this. If I am suspended does it say that my account information is unrecognized on my login attempts? The reason I am wondering is because I would rather be suspended then banned or hacked, and I'm starting to get a little bit worried.

I may have been suspended because I was flagged as a leecher in pvp when my name was "The Fuquing Machine" =S.

I already emailed Guild Wars and I'm currently waiting a reply.

if you were suspended on the log in it would tell you what you were suspended for and how many hours, if available, before your suspension is up. sounds like someone just got a hold of your information to me.

Somebody stole your account. They were logging in at the same time as you were, and thus, you were getting kicked out. Somebody then changed your GW password. E-mail a.net support via the GW support website immidiately with your account key information to prove that you own the account in question to try to get it back. If you are quick, you might get your account back before any damage is done/items are stolen.

Yes, obviously your account has been jacked. Prepare for the worst. If you can retrieve your account, expect all your money and valuables to be gone when you login!

Here are 5 of my personal tips to get you back on track:
-get any valuable weapons/runes off your heroes and sell them.
-turn in any allegiance faction you may have for crafting materials, and sell them
-have you collected your traveller gifts for this week? if not: go get them and sell them
-if the hacker left anything behind which you don't need, now is a good time to sell it all.
